CM-1037B Lateral Shaft Thread Feed for HPC Blitz 1200CMB.  This is the newer thread style with a larger pitch (coarser thread) that was introduced after 2015.  If you have an older machine, you will also have to order the newer style CM-1047B Feed Thread. This is the threaded feed only. The Lateral Shaft and Lateral Crank Handle are sold separately.
